A Finish it yourself poem
September 19th, 2006
while you are far
quite out of reach
left us behind
figure of speech
he also crossed
big blue and wide
but ended here
on the right side
he’ll be my
temporary fix
he knows the drill
he plays his tricks
might see him twice
will be spellbound
and lost and high
flying around
but just to say
you’re not forgotten
while I watch the moon
……
