Lytton would like to tell you that he watched 'Music and Lyrics' with me this aft, while yesterday we watched almost the entire 'Notting Hill'. We were interrupted by needing to go and eat turkey. Hope today was easier than yesterday. Happy Boxing Day!

@Kate: knackered is one of my favourite English words too :) Very nice sound.

Well I can't reveal where the turkey remark comes from, but I heard someone say it! That's where my toes start curling.

Give Lytton a hug from me. And have a good Christmas!

I love the word, knackered, since no one says it in Canada. So I will throw it into conversations several times for the next few weeks and see if anyone notices.

If I was being driven to work by a Metropolitan Chief Inspector Dan, i would also write this often. It has a wonderful ring to it.

I am fascinated with the twitter conversation at left ... wondering who might have paid 45 pounds for a turkey. A golden one, perhaps?

Lytton is still snoring ... I am off to read twitter ... my curiosity always gets the better of me. Your card was posted today and I am hoping that it arrives soon.

Please get some rest when you can!! Thinking of you ... Kate ox
