I think your idea of a house share is a very good one. I’ve always found that best way to organize something like that is to tell everyone you know that this is what you want — and then they tell people, and those people know someone who knows someone and… eventually, it all comes together.

Sure be careful looking for a new roommate. The movie ‘Single White Female’ comes to mind.
