So you are a tourist and you are in London. Of course you want to see the Tower Bridge (from which this picture is taken). So what you do is - you go to the Marks & Spencers (just past the Cityhall on the left) to buy yourself a drink and something to eat, and then you come back here to sit down, eat your food while enjoying the view on the bridge and all the people passing by.
It's an excellent spot.
