In the morning sun. It is a huge building. And the queues to get to the top of it are huge too. Too long for my patience. And if you want to have a stunning 360 degrees view over New York, pick the Top of the Rock in stead. Much shorter waiting time, just as impressive. Just as scary for people like me, who are afraid of heights.
