Pedro mentioned this song on Twitter this morning, and I simply had to dig up that song. Try and sit still why listening to it, I certainly can’t. Nor can I listen to it without a smile on my face, it is the perfect mood buster.
If you want to see the the original film clip, it’s here . Thanks @Pedro! (Youtube possible removed it because of copyright issues, so you have to go through some ads to get to it).
Any more tips for songs that can boost your mood?
Have a good Sunday!

You’re welcome. It’s one of my all time favorite feel good songs which popped into my head this morning.
Nice subtle changes on the blog, by the way.
Have a nice day.
Mood Buster? “Banana Pancakes” by Jack Johnson
Hang loose, baby :)
And how about this one: Drake Bell “Makes me happy”.
A tip from my daughter
And here’s another Can’t-Sit-Still-Song:
Kitty Daisy & Lewis ‘Going Up The Country’
@Pedro: I had forgotten all about this song, but it used to be one of my favourite feel good songs too.
@Zazz Oh yes the Banana Pancakes, love that song too. And the Drake Bell song, very happy song, your daughter has good taste! :)
Funny that you mention Kitty, Daisy & Lewis. I had no idea who they were, but watched the clip and recognized them as they were featured in Last Chance Harvey. I don’t know if that is a coincidence or if you knew that? :)
No, I didn’t. Haven’t seen the film yet. Heard the song in a FNAC store in Paris last year and bought their CD.
I went to see Josh Ritter live in concert a week ago – an excellent way to beat the winter blues! :) I have never seen any other artist smiling throughout his entire performance! (Plus, after the concert, he waited at the exit to say goodbye to everyone, sign CD’s and chat and hug with fans!)
Anyway. I loved this song:
(And especially the piano part makes me happy!)
With a tendency to overdo it, some random picks of mine
just passing this one to a little girl of 11
was not able to resist :-)
